Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher to join our passionate team. This role involves teaching a Year 3 class, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring that each child receives an engaging and high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring and differentiated lessons that align with the Year 3 curriculum.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal development.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school curriculum and activities.
Engage with parents and caregivers, maintaining open communication regarding students' progress and well-being.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Key Stage 2 or Year 3.
Sound understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and assessment requirements.
Ability to create engaging and innovative learning materials tailored to individual student needs.
