We now have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Services Administrator.  The role will support our Clinical Services Team across the Midlands and will be based within our centres in Kettering and Northampton.

Clinical Services Administrator Duties:

As a Clinical Services Administrator, you'll ensure that our orthotic clinics run effectively and efficiently by:

Making patient appointments and maintaining contact with them about their products, follow up appointments, etc.
Maintaining patient records on bespoke and NHS systems
Notifying patients that their orthoses are ready for collection.
Preparing quotations and taking payment for additional items outside of NHS provision and recording accurately.
Managing and ordering orthotic stock and equipment
Processing orders and deliveries, and chasing as necessary
Preparing clinic for our clinicians, ensuring that all records and goods are available
Assisting with data collection in audits, e.g. helping patients fill out questionnaires, etc.
Providing a reception service for patients attending the orthotic clinics in Northampton and Kettering, dealing with queries, booking them into clinics.
Booking patient transport.
Arranging interpretation services as required
Clinical Services Administrator Requirements:

Have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure
Have a proven ability in using your communication skills to deal with patients/customers in a range of situations
Be proactive, and able to use your initiative, whilst being a supportive team player
Be competent in the use of IT, and able to input information accurately and speedily
Be aware of the need for patient confidentiality.
