An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established, specialist contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the insurance and reinstatement sector. This role will focus on managing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The Role:
You will oversee a portfolio of insurance-related construction works, including fire, flood, and subsidence reinstatement projects, working closely with surveyors, loss adjusters, clients, and operatives. Key responsibilities include:

Managing multiple small to medium-sized reinstatement projects simultaneously.

*

Coordinating subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers.

*

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

*

Monitoring project budgets and maintaining client satisfaction.

*

Preparing reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

Proven experience in contracts/project management within the insurance or reinstatement sector.

*

Strong knowledge of building processes, materials, and regulatory standards.

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification desirable.
