Transport Planner - Nights Shift

Location: Preston, UK

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000pa (DOE)

Shifts: 4 on 4 off shift pattern (Nights)

To schedule and plan day-to-day customer deliveries.
Liaise with new and existing customers.
Meet transport legislation commitment.
Monitor fleet maintenance requirements and liaise with drivers.
Daily input of KPI's, delivery and collection issues, preparing paperwork.Requirements:

Previous Transport Planning Experience.
Previous experience working for a UK based Freight Forwarder/Road Transport Company or Shipping Line.
Previous experience with Haulage, Groupage, Container, Trunking or Ro/Ro operations/transport.
