Are you experienced in supporting children with challenging behaviour and looking for a rewarding role in Tewkesbury? Academics Ltd is currently seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across the area, starting in September.

What's the role about?We are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants with experience of working with children displaying challenging behaviour in KS1 settings. You'll be supporting children with a variety of needs, ensuring they feel included, motivated, and supported in their learning journey.

Key Details:

• Flexible roles: Daily supply, short-term, long-term, and full-time opportunities available

• Pay range: £85 - £100 per day, depending on experience

• Start in September 2025

What We're Looking For:

• Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour

• A passion for working with children with special educational needs

• Confidence and flexibility when working across different SEN needs

• Experience in a teaching assistant role or relevant qualifications preferred
