Group Credit Manager

Robert Half is recruiting for a Credit Manager to join a growing business near Bromsgrove

Duties:

• Managing a small team of credit controllers
• Building strong relationships across the business
• Setting up KPIs
• Producing regular and insightful management information
• Cash-flow forecasting
• Be a hands on manager
• Ensure the credit policies are adhered too
• Supporting business growth through M&A

Experience needed:

• Credit Management experience
• Experience of training and developing employees
• Track record of improving cash collection
• Hands on approach

• Salary up to £55k depending on experience
