Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)? We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and committed Teacher with QTS to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Colchester.

This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring educator who is driven to deliver high-quality teaching and make a real difference to pupils' progress and achievement.

The Role:

As a Qualified Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum

Assess, monitor, and report on student progress

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and senior leadership

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Has strong curriculum knowledge and classroom management skills

Demonstrates a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning

Is adaptable, proactive, and reflective in their practice

ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
