Working Hours: 7:00am - 6:00pm (Monday to Friday), 7:00am - 3:00pm (Saturday & Sunday)
Rotation: 12 days on / 2 days off

Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Ganger to join a large civils project near Inveraray, Argyll. The role will involve working with and supervising a small squad on drainage works, ducting works, and other civils duties associated with the construction of a new substation.

This position offers long-term, ongoing work on a major infrastructure project with excellent overtime and lodge allowance provisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and working alongside a squad on civils site works
• Delivering tasks including drainage, ducting, and general civils duties
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site requirements
• Reporting progress and coordinating effectively with site management
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety for self and team

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Ganger/Supervisor within civils projects
• Valid CSCS Certification
• Valid SSSTS Certification
• Additional CPCS Plant Tickets highly advantageous
• Full driving licence and own transport to site
• Ability to work a 12 on / 2 off rotation

Package Includes:

• £20.47/hour PAYE (not including holiday pay)
• Overtime: time and a third after 10 hours midweek, time and a half at weekends
• Lodge allowance: £50.51 per night (minus 1 night per week as a fee)
• Long-term, ongoing role with excellent continuity of work
