Lead complex tax advisory projects
Assist and manage recurring compliance services
Act as the primary point of contact for clients building and maintain strong relationships
Support the firm in business development
Mentor and manage junior team members
Monitor team performance, billing, and recoveries, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and profitably
