Salary: £22000 - £25000/annum

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Professional to join an international company, supplying adhesives, silicones, tapes, lubricants, O-rings and related products to electronics, transportation and medical industries. As Customer Service Representative, your primary role is to deliver a professional Customer Service interface to customers, by assisting the busy sales office, providing a very high level of customer service support and responding to emails in a timely manner.

The role of Customer Service Representative is offered as a permanent contract with a competitive salary, attractive working conditions, free onsite parking and full training provided. If you have previous experience in a similar role as a Customer Service Representative, or within a relevant industry, are hard-working, dedicated and committed, this role could be for you.

Customer Service Representative duties:

* Receive incoming calls & customer orders

* Input orders and data into computer systems

* Become expert in computer system for data control and communication

* Quote small customers from Price List in writing using standard form

* Raise, issue and chase back orders where necessary

* Send samples to customers. (Sample preparation done by warehouse)

* Liaise with salespersons regarding customer queries

* Offer customer service and answer customer queries regarding orders, deliveries, POD's, datasheets and pricing

* File completed sales orders and the corresponding purchase order

* Issue standard repeat Purchase Orders to suppliers

* Administer certificates of analysis, data sheets

* Produce and post customer invoices and statements

* Frank mail, copy, scan & shred documents as appropriate

* Carry out any reasonable request from line manager or Directors

* Ensure that the quality of the finished product is paramount at all times

* Maintain a good relationship between departments particularly Customer Service and Warehouse teams

Skills and experience required for a Customer Service Representative:

* Minimum 2 years relevant Customer Service experience - Essential

* CRM systems knowledge - Desirable

* Strong communication skills

* Attention to detail

* Team player with a high level of dedication to their colleagues and customers

* Friendly, approachable, sociable manner

Location: Bidford-on-Avon, Warwickshire

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5 Hours)

Salary: £22,000 p.a. to £25,000 p.a. dependent upon experience
