We're currently working with a well-established, forward-thinking business based in Birmingham City Centre who are looking to recruit a talented and commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys influencing strategic decisions across a business.

The Role:

As Finance Business Partner, you'll act as a key link between finance and operations-supporting senior stakeholders with meaningful insight, robust analysis, and data-led decision making. You'll play a central role in driving performance, improving processes, and shaping the financial strategy of your business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders to provide financial guidance and commercial insight

Prepare and present budgets, forecasts, and management reports

Conduct detailed variance analysis and scenario modelling

Support investment decisions through financial modelling and business case evaluation

Identify risks and opportunities to improve financial performance

Contribute to wider transformation and process improvement projects

About You:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

Strong business partnering experience in a commercial environment

Proven ability to challenge and influence at a senior level

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Confident working across both finance and non-finance teams

Degree in accountancy, economics or business.

Base salary up to £75,000 (depending on experience)
