Higher Level Teaching Assistant required for schools in Bradford

About the role:

At Engage Education, we've specialised in recruiting Higher Level Teaching Assistants for over a decade, so we know a bit about finding the ideal school for you. We're currently looking for enthusiastic higher level teaching assistants to work throughout schools in Bradford. The work will be daily, short and long term and could be up to 5 days per week.

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we're looking for more high-quality HLTAs to work with us to positively impact the progress and attainment of the pupils.

The ideal applicant will have:

* Provide evidence of fulfilling the Higher Level Teaching Assistant standards and or ability and potential to fulfil them within the first 6 months of the role.

* Experience covering Primary classes across KS1 - KS2

* Evidence of specialism in specific curriculum areas or areas of particular learning difficulty

* Some experience of working with primary children or in a school

* A real passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils

* Bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging pupils
