HR Advisor (Generalist)

£37,000 - £40,000 Per Annum

A fast growing UK supplier within the consumer products sector is looking for a proactive and confident HR Advisor to join their People team. This organisation operates in a dynamic, fast paced environment and is continuing to scale, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and genuine influence.

This is a true generalist HR Advisor position, supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You will act as the first point of contact for day to day HR queries while also contributing to wider people initiatives that strengthen engagement, capability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide first line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees

· Support employee relations cases including absence, performance, conduct and grievances

· Lead on recruitment activity, onboarding and induction processes

· Maintain and update HR systems, records and reporting

· Support policy development and ensure compliance with employment legislation

· Assist with learning, development and engagement initiatives

· Contribute to HR projects such as process improvements, wellbeing, culture and reward

· Champion best practice and help embed consistent people processes across the business

The successful Candidate will ideally have:

· Experience in a Generalist HR role

· Strong working knowledge of UK employment law

· Confidence managing ER cases with appropriate support

· Excellent communication and relationship building skills

· A proactive, organised and solutions focused approach

· CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable, not essential

· Full UK driving Licence/Vehicle (not essential)
