We are seeking an inspiring and committed Female Head of Physical Education to lead and develop our thriving PE department. The Role:

Lead the PE department with vision, ambition, and a passion for excellence.

Develop and deliver a dynamic and inclusive PE curriculum from KS3 through KS5.

Drive participation in both curriculum and extracurricular sports, ensuring high-quality opportunities for all students.

Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated team of PE teachers and sports coaches.

Champion the values of health, well-being, and active lifestyles within the school community.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have strong leadership experience.

Be an outstanding practitioner with a proven track record of raising standards in PE.

Have experience in developing and delivering a broad and balanced PE curriculum.

Be committed to inclusion, promoting engagement from all students, and fostering talent.

Be a strong role model, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Embrace and uphold the inclusive Sikh ethos of the Academy.
