My client is a professional association of heads of the world's leading independent schools. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team delivering a range of services and professional development for heads and staff in their schools.
This new role Administration role of Member Services Coordinator has been created at a time of exciting change and expansion within the organisation. The postholder will have the opportunity to work as part of a team of dedicated, enthusiastic and creative professionals, and to contribute to the future development of my clients member services.
The key areas of work for the Member Services Coordinator are administering and supporting the professional support programmes for heads, the application process for new members and delivery of middle leadership programmes, and the postholder will:
* Coordinate the delivery of personal support programmes for heads
* Work with senior colleagues to develop new services
* Set up and support online and face-to-face training courses and conferences
* Attend courses and conferences around the UK on an occasional basis
* Select and book venues for training courses, liaise with speakers, and book places for delegates
* Administer applications from new heads as they join
* Support marketing and communications activity
We are particularly keen to attract applications from a wide range of backgrounds, experience and career stages, but the successful candidate is likely to have some or all of the following attributes:
* Experience of managing a complex and varied workload
* The ability to perform to a high level in an administrative role
* Excellent IT skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Ability to meet goals and deliver results, working both independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and ability to produce work to a high level of accuracy
* A flexible and pro-active approach, with a 'can do' attitude
* Ability to build strong relationships, with a commitment to excellent customer service
* Commitment to the values and ethos of the company
* Integrity and respect for others and is inclusive/respectful of diversity
* Ability and willingness to undertake occasional evening / weekend work and occasional travel and overnight stays within the UK
