We're recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established operation Close to Crawley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already working as a Parts Advisor within the Automotive, HGV, Bus & Coach, Forklift, Agriculture or plant sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
This Parts Advisor role is key to keeping the operation running smoothly:

You'll be the first point of contact for all parts enquiries via phone, email, and trade counter
You'll accurately identify parts using EPC systems and technical catalogues
You'll manage stock control, including ordering, stocktakes, and fast-moving parts availability
You'll liaise with suppliers to source parts quickly and cost-effectively
You'll support engineers and service teams to ensure minimal downtime
You'll process orders, invoices, returns, and warranty claims
You'll maintain an organised and efficient parts department
