Successful insurance agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career minded individual to join our sales team. As a marketing and sales representative, you will be responsible for growing our Auto, Life, Health & Home insurance business. We are a well-established producing State Farm Agency in the New Orleans area and need a goal oriented, hard-working individual to help us achieve our 2018 sales goals.
Requirements & Responsibilities Include:
A track record of success in consultative, solutions-oriented sales OR experience in the insurance industry
The ability to conduct needs based selling, including: Prospecting, building and managing a pipeline, conducting needs analysis, developing solutions and writing proposals, presenting proposals and closing deals
The ability to increase sales in a competitive marketplace
While sales ability is an important part of the position, it is equally important that the right candidate enjoys working with people and has a genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone’s life. P & C and Life & Health insurance license (assistance in obtaining licenses)
