Servicing and maintaining a diverse fleet of vehicles, including trailers, generators, and welfare units as a Fleet Technician
Diagnosing faults accurately and executing repairs efficiently
Preparing vehicles for MOT inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards
Attending breakdowns in the supplied company van
Conducting preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
Supporting other equipment operationally, including trailers and generators
Keeping precise records of work undertaken using workshop management systems
Assisting colleagues and sharing technical expertise
Ensuring all work is performed to industry standards and safety regulationsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Fleet Technician or similar role with comprehensive knowledge of vehicle systems
Mechanical qualification such as NVQ Level 2 or higher
Full UK driving licence
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Confidence working with a variety of tools and repair techniques
Experience working on commercial vehicles, trailers, or plant equipment is advantageous but not essential
