• Deliver Principal Designer services on commercial and industrial projects

• Support project teams with design risk management

• Generate new business opportunities through excellent client service

• Provide expert CDM advice and training to internal teams

• Review contractor documents, RAMS and design packages

• Solid experience in CDM / Principal Designer roles

• NEBOSH Construction or equivalent

• Strong understanding of the design process

• Confidence managing clients and leading discussions

• Ambition to grow a CDM function and mentor junior staff
