Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

This is a key position within the company, offering a competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description:

* Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the quantity surveying process

* Conducting cost estimates, preparing budgets, and analyzing tenders

* Ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule

* Collaborating with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve any commercial issues

* Providing accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts

Key Requirements:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within a similar regional contractor

* Solid knowledge of construction contracts and commercial processes

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
