Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for an experienced Training Specialist to support a global transformation program at a leading multinational organisation.

About the Role:

As a Training Specialist, you will support the roll-out and adoption of a new Services Procurement (SP) solution within the global XTEND program. This high-impact role focuses on creating and delivering effective training for a major system implementation designed to streamline services procurement and eliminate worker misclassification.

You'll work closely with the Global Change & Communications Lead and collaborate with stakeholders across global regions to develop materials, lead training sessions, and manage the training platform and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training needs analysis for a global audience

*

Design and execute a global training plan for managers impacted by the SP roll-out

*

Create engaging training materials, including video content using tools like Synthesia

*

Organise and deliver virtual training sessions globally

*

Manage and maintain the XTEND SharePoint training site, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible

*

Collaborate with SharePoint design partners to optimise user experience

*

Coordinate with external partners to ensure training alignment and delivery

*

Support additional change management initiatives as needed

Key Skills / Experience Required:

Essential:

*

Proven experience developing and delivering training for IT systems (ideally in a global context)

*

Comfortable leading training via Microsoft Teams across time zones

*

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

*

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

*

Experience working in complex, multinational organisations

*

Self-starter with a pragmatic and flexible approach

*

Comfortable working remotely in a global team

Desirable:

*

Experience with Beeline or similar Vendor Management Systems (VMS)

*

Exposure to large-scale MSP / contractor / services procurement programs

*

Understanding of change management and project management principles

*

Experience using tools such as Synthesia for content creation

*

Familiarity with SharePoint management and content design
