Are you an experienced leader in food production with a passion for driving efficiency, quality, and safety? We're seeking a Production Manager to join a fast-paced, growing food manufacturing business where excellence and innovation are at the heart of everything we do.

The Role:
As Production Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring output meets customer demand while upholding the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and team performance. You'll lead and develop a team, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with other departments to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all production activities to achieve KPIs on quality, efficiency, and safety.

Lead, motivate, and develop production teams, fostering a positive and accountable culture.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.

Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation, and cost efficiency.

Manage production schedules, resources, and reporting.

About You:

Proven experience as a Production Manager (or similar leadership role) within food manufacturing or FMCG.

Strong understanding of HACCP, BRCGS, and food safety standards.

A confident leader with excellent communication and people management skills.

Results-driven, organised, and adaptable to a fast-moving environment.

A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and enjoys making a difference.
