About the Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children aged 3-5 years. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting classroom teachers and leading activities that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development

Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel confident to explore and learn

Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress to inform planning and meet individual needs

Encouraging positive behaviour and social skills through play and structured activities

Building strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider school community to support children's wellbeing and learning

Position Details:

Role: Early Years Practitioner (EYP)

Start Date: September 2025

Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Location: Camden-based primary schools

Pay: In line with experience and Main Pay Scale from day one
