Accountable Recruitment are partnering with an industry leading business based in Deeside to recruit a qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team. • Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis.

• Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes..

• Ensure financial controls are maintained in line with group policies and audit requirements.

• Drive process improvements and efficiencies across finance and operational reporting.

• Act as a business partner to non-finance teams, delivering meaningful insight and financial support.

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).

• Strong understanding of management accounting principles, particularly in cost control, stock and margin analysis.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A strong analytical mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
