Fastwarm is expanding! As part of our 2025 growth strategy, we’re looking for a Technical Support Assistant to join our dynamic team/

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about all things technical, with great communication skills and a willingness to learn fast in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting our Head of Technical by handling day-to-day technical enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
• Supporting our sales team with technical product guidance and queries.
• Liaising with suppliers to stay up to date with new product ranges, features, and updates.
• Creating, editing, and maintaining technical data sheets, manuals, and videos.
• Keeping internal resources and product info accurate and up to date.
• Helping troubleshoot technical issues and escalating where necessary.
• Bringing ideas and feedback to improve our technical processes and materials.

What We’re Looking For:

• Some experience in a technical support or product-focused role (underfloor heating or building products knowledge is a bonus!).
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using email, messaging apps, and technical platforms.
• Confident with documentation and ideally some experience with video tutorials or manuals.
• A team player who’s eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions.
