• £35,000–£45,000 basic salary (DOE)

Role Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, fee-free mortgage & protection advice
• Managing a steady flow of pre-qualified, high-intent leads
• Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry to completion
• Working collaboratively with dedicated admin, case management, and compliance teams
• Maintaining excellent knowledge of the mortgage and protection market

What We’re Looking For

• Fully CeMAP-qualified
• Proven experience as a successful Mortgage & Protection Adviser
• Strong communication skills and a genuinely customer-focused approach
• Comfortable working independently or within a hybrid setup
• Someone who values quality advice over pressure-based selling
