Due to continued growth, Reperio Human Capital is seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Belfast City Centre.

The successful individual will be someone who is professional, outgoing, career-focused and ambitious. This role will best suit someone with a background in sales or recruitment. However, this is not essential as full training will be provided.

Your Responsibilities

Sourcing and headhunting potential candidates
Screening candidates on the phone, shortlisting
Scheduling on-site interviews
Assisting the internal recruitment team with on-site interviews, and providing appropriate feedback
Advertising open vacancies
HR admin tasks and assisting the HR team with onboarding new employees
