Job Title: Contractor Scheduling & Supply Coordinator (TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT)Location:TyseleyHours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pmPay: £14.76 Per hour ( £26,875)About the Role We’re looking for a highly organised Contractor Scheduling & Supply Coordinator to manage the daily allocation of workloads, scheduling, and support for contractors. This role is key in ensuring projects run smoothly, materials are available on time, and contractors are well-briefed and supported.Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate and schedule daily workloads for contractors.
  • Act as first point of contact, providing daily communication and support.
  • Onboard new contractors and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and manage inventory levels.
  • Liaise with Project Managers to align labour and supply needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking documentation.
About You
  • Experience in scheduling, contractor coordination, or supply chain.
  • Strong organisational and admin skills.
  • Confident communicator, able to manage relationships with contractors and internal teams.
  • Able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
