FIELD ENGINEER TRAINEE – EUROPEAN PASSPORT HOLDERS ONLY

Join a fast-growing offshore services team supporting operations across the UK, North Sea and wider European region. We’re a high-energy, friendly crew who deliver at pace — and we’re looking for motivated Field Engineers to strengthen our onshore and offshore operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Support and mentor new field personnel
• Prepare & execute onshore/offshore operations across Europe
• Handle load-outs, rig-ups/downs and wellsite activity (land & offshore)
• Follow top-tier procedures to deliver exceptional service quality
• Maintain equipment and facilities
• Step in as EIC when required

What You Bring:

• Experience with E-line / logging tools
• Background in Downhole Isolation (preferred)
• Strong problem-solver with a positive, can-do approach
• Comfortable working under pressure and in remote environments
• IT confident (Microsoft Office + ability to learn new systems quickly)
• Meets offshore travel requirements
• Must hold a European passport

• £33,000 + £160 Day Rate
