Working in one of these customer-facing roles, you will be involved in the delivery of our delicious range of food and drink to our guests, balancing efficiency with product knowledge and ensuring customers are greeted with a smile.

Working Hours

Shift work paid weekly from £12.00/h, rising in certain locations and with experience.

Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you.

We have some important racing throughout the year to choose from.

Main Responsibilities

You will need to be able to pour pints of beer, know wine & spirit measures & have a basic knowledge of drinks service.

Based in our busy bars, your main task will be to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will be required to prepare and serve drinks, replenish stocks, and make knowledgeable wine pairing recommendations to guests. This may include written orders, or the use of electronic till and ordering systems.

Requirements

Ideally lives nearby these locations. Epsom is about a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station. Sandown and Kempton are very close to Esher and Kempton park train stations.

Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
