We are seeking an outgoing ‘morning person’ who is organised and enthusiastic for the role of full-time Assistant Breakfast Manager, with a planned start date of the 18th May 2026.
PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support management in driving and leading the highest levels of service, and providing direction to our Food & Beverage team.
- Lead the team to provide a consistently high level of guest service in accordance to our service principles and values, ensuring that all guests receive special attention and recognition.
- Working closely with the wider food and beverage team, the role is responsible for hosting and running breakfast and lunch service, ensuring the operation runs smoothly and guests have the best possible dining experience.
- Support the head of department, carry out managerial duties including writing breakfast rotas, holiday management, carrying out job interviews, working closely with other departments, and delivering training.
- Work with the Breakfast Chef to give feedback and suggestions on continuously improving the breakfast offering and service.
- Work to continuously develop the teams’ knowledge and provide on-the-job coaching and be proactive in implementing procedures that continually improve the service.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
The successful applicant will have/be:
- At least one years’ experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a similar calibre of full-service restaurant with experience in writing rotas, delivering training, leadhing services, and daily people management.
- Hands-on approach to all aspects of the role, available to work flexible shifts and present in the business during peak times.
- A sociable and enthusiastic individual who enjoys early morning starts and who will promote our culture of positivity,
- Be task oriented with a great pride for the work they do and attention to detail.
- Motivational leadership skills and a genuine desire to deliver training and coaching.
- Successful candidates must demonstrate having researched our brand and a genuine desire to be part of our team.
