Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack spare parts based on customer and workshop orders
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and reporting
- Prepare and label shipments in line with company and shipping standards
- Inspect parts for damage or defects before dispatch
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet trucks

Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Communication: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge/Expertise: Previous experience in a spare parts or stores environment; GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Innovation: Able to work independently and use initiative to solve problems
- Business Impact: Comfortable working at height using access equipment and high bay aisle pickers; Forklift truck licence (Counterbalance) is desirable

Accountabilities:
- Complete all relevant paperwork and electronic records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfilment
