Assistant Manager - Support and Lead with Britain's Oldest Brewer!

Where You'll Be Working

The Bellhouse is a busy Pub & Restaurant located in Rayleigh Road, Leigh-on-Sea. Whether you're joining us for dinner or drinks, you can take in the surrounding scenic garden and woodland area or our venue is the ideal location for special occasions and impromptu gatherings, all year round.

What You'll Do

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
• Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Contribute ideas to improve service and business performance.
