Are you an experienced Civil Design Engineer ready to take the next step into a leadership role? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading consultancy in Central London as a Civil Engineering Technicial Director
In this pivotal role, you will:

Lead and mentor a team of 6 Civil Engineers
Oversee the delivery of infrastructure projects including estate roads, drainage, and highways
Work closely with Directors on technical delivery and business development
Engage with clients directly, ensuring high-quality, sustainable design solutions

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in development infrastructure design
Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience managing teams, or a desire to move into a leadership position
