Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's education? Teach Now is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 teaching assistant to join a warm and inclusive primary school in Enfield this September. This full-time, term-time role offers a brilliant opportunity to support pupils through targeted booster sessions and intervention strategies—helping every child thrive, regardless of background or ability.

Key Responsibilities
• Support pupils with additional needs, including those with EHCPs or undiagnosed barriers to learning
• Deliver engaging and effective small-group and 1:1 interventions in core subjects such as reading, writing, and maths
• Assist in creating tailored learning resources
• Track progress and contribute to pupil development plans
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment

What We're Looking For
• Previous experience working in Key Stage 2 or delivering academic interventions
• A calm, compassionate approach and strong communication skills
• SEN experience (desirable but not essential)
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed
