This is a great opportunity for reliable professionals with strong behaviour management and classroom presence.
What you'll do - Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Maintain order, engagement, and focus in the classroom
- Follow school behaviour policies and routines
- Provide feedback to teachers and departments
- Support learning continuity in the teacher's absence
What we're looking for - At least 6 months' experience in a cover supervisor or similar classroom-based role
- Confident behaviour management and ability to lead a class
- Calm, professional, and flexible approach
- Punctual, organised, and reliable
- Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willing to obtain)
