Job Summary

We are seeking a Partner in Private Client Tax in London to lead a portfolio of high-net-worth and private clients. You will provide technical tax advice, oversee personal tax compliance, manage client relationships, and drive business development. This senior role combines client delivery, practice leadership, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of private clients, providing commercial and technical tax advice
• Oversee personal tax compliance and manage client expectations, billing, and risk
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including cross-selling services
• Contribute to team leadership, training, recruitment, and professional development
• Maintain expertise in UK personal tax law and represent the firm in technical forums
• Produce internal and external technical materials, publications, and presentations

About You

• Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with extensive private client tax experience
• Strong knowledge of UK private client tax law and practice
• Experienced in producing bespoke technical tax advice and publications
• Leadership experience with ability to develop and mentor teams
• Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills
• Strategic, entrepreneurial, and client-focused
