Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading planning consultancy in their search for an ambitious Graduate Town Planner to join their growing Milton Keynes team.

The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You will work alongside experienced professionals and be involved in all stages of the planning process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
• Undertaking site appraisals and planning research
• Supporting the production of planning statements and reports
• Liaising with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders
• Keeping up to date with planning policy and legislative changes

About You

• A degree (or postgraduate qualification) in Town Planning or a related discipline
• An interest in working towards RTPI accreditation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, motivated, and positive approach
