Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Plasterer to join a Housing Association based in Chester on an ongoing temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out plastering repairs and patch work in social housing properties.

*

Complete skimming, rendering and general plastering tasks to a high standard.

*

Work across occupied and void properties as part of a responsive repairs team.

*

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with company standards.

*

Maintain good communication with tenants and site staff.

Requirements

*

Proven experience in plastering within housing repairs or maintenance.

*

Full UK driving licence - essential.

*

Own tools - essential.
