Working hours:

• Full-time (9-5, open to make flexible adjustments)
• Remote working

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

• Basic salary £55,000 - £70,000 (dependent on experience, with option to have a lower basic, with a great commission structure for higher earning potential).

• Training available to MRICS Status and Level 3

Residential Surveyor requirements:

• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
• RICS Registered Valuer
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Surveying
• Full UK driving licence and access to own car

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

• Carrying out Homebuyer surveys (essential)
• Carrying out Building Surveys (training on this if necessary)
• Valuations
