Are you a passionate and experienced early years professional with a strong belief in the Montessori approach? We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our vibrant and nurturing Montessori nursery.

The Role

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the nursery. This includes ensuring high-quality care and education, compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards, and the successful integration of the Montessori philosophy throughout the setting.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and inspire a team of early years educators and Montessori practitioners

* Ensure the nursery consistently meets or exceeds regulatory and safeguarding standards

* Promote and implement the Montessori philosophy in daily practice

* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff

* Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently

* Maintain accurate records and support with Ofsted inspections

* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

About You

* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Montessori Diploma highly desirable)

* Proven leadership experience in an early years or Montessori setting

* Sound knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements

* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

* Passionate about child-centred, Montessori learning

* Confident, professional, and nurturing approach to management
