A highly successful and inclusive school in Reading is recruiting a qualified Design and Technology Teacher to start in September 2025. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to teach DT across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 teaching available for candidates with relevant experience.

The successful DT Teacher will be part of a creative and motivated team delivering a broad curriculum that includes Product Design, Resistant Materials, Textiles, and Food. The department is fully equipped with modern workshops, laser cutters, 3D printers, and CAD software. Students are encouraged to think critically, solve real-world problems, and engage in hands-on learning.

Experience and Qualifications
• DT Teacher with QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
• Degree in Design, Engineering, or related field
• Experience teaching across at least two DT specialisms preferred
• Confident using CAD/CAM and modern workshop tools
• Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4; KS5 a plus
• Right to work in the UK
