Are you passionate about helping young people thrive? Do you want to work in a supportive, forward-thinking environment where every student is valued? We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a range of progressive and inclusive secondary schools across Southwark.

These schools are committed to creating inspiring learning environments where both students and staff are encouraged to grow. As an LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a variety of learning needs, helping them access the curriculum, build confidence and achieve their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-to-one or small-group support to students who require additional help

Assisting teachers in creating an engaging and accessible learning environment

Helping students develop confidence, independence and positive learning habits

Collaborating with teaching staff, SEN teams and wider school personnel

Supporting behaviour that promotes a calm and focused classroom

We are looking for:

Individuals who are patient, proactive and committed to supporting young people

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students

A genuine interest in education and inclusive learning

Previous experience in an educational, youth work or support role is beneficial but not essential
