Health and Social Care Lecturer - Hourly Rate: £30 - £35

We are seeking a dedicated Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our educational team at one of our fantastic colleges in Kingston upon Thames. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about health and social care, eager to impart knowledge, and inspire students.
Day-to-day of the role: - Deliver engaging and informative lessons in BTEC Health and Social Care, covering units such as 4, 5, 7, 10, 12, and 14.
- Teach T-Level in Health, particularly focusing on the Employer Set Project unit.
- Utilise Promonitor and MS Teams to assess students and provide resources.
- Occasionally teach units on BTEC Sport Coaching and Sport and Exercise Science.
- Maintain high standards of teaching and learning, and continuously update teaching methods in line with educational best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong foundational knowledge of BTEC Health and Social Care, particularly in Quality Assurance, Assessments, and delivery of specified units.
- Experience in teaching T-Level in Health, especially for the Employer Set Project unit.
- Proficiency in using Promonitor and MS Teams for assessment and resource provision.
- Ability to teach units on BTEC Sport Coaching and Sport and Exercise Science.
- Passionate about teaching and committed to the development of students.
