This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client based in Thame, who work within the large machinery manufacturing industry. A full time, permanent role with an exciting day to day focus of responsibilities, in a dynamic and interesting environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Marketing Specialist, who has experience within both the strategic and Digital Marketing fields. Experience managing multiple campaigns, event management and digitally creative marketing work is essential. Experience managing marketing campaigns overseas would also be beneficial. Key roles and day to day responsibilities; The role will be responsible for a range of digital marketing and strategic marketing coordination functions. * Manage multiple campaigns, both in the UK and overseas * Measure and analyse both website and event generated data. * Build and maintain the delivery of local marketing campaigns particularly for the French, Italian, Spanish, Benelux, UK and Scandinavia markets. * Data management – monitor marketing data and ensuring date is in compliance with GDPR. * Write engaging content for various areas of the website including internal pages, latest news and case studies. * Coordinate with technical members of staff and sales network to write posts for the website. * Coordinate digital video production including the content planning, editing and promoting. * Manage regional social media content and monitor their analytics. * Assist in design workflows with the Marketing Manager through Adobe programmes such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. * Compile reports on digital activities, working closely with the Marketing Manager. * Assist in the organisation of shows, stand build and hotel/travel arrangements. * Ensure that you are fully up to date with competitor activity (promotions, marketing, messaging etc) and produce reports for the Marketing Manager. Essential skills, knowledge and experience; Degree (or equivalent) in a Marketing, Business or Communications discipline Previous marketing experience of working within a similar B2B background Previous experience with SEO and PPC campaigns Strong IT systems skills including the use of Adobe software (Photoshop and InDesign). Self-motivated and able to work to high standards and tight deadlines. Creative and adaptive problem solving skills. Be able to implement good change management strategies. There will be both UK and European travel involved within the role which will require some overnight stops therefore a current clean driving licence and passport are required
