Responsibilities

Conduct air tightness testing on buildings of varying types and sizes.
Assist with sound insulation and airflow testing.
Prepare detailed compliance reports.
Liaise with clients and on-site teams to ensure smooth testing processes.
Maintain and operate testing equipment.

Qualifications

Degree/qualification in engineering, construction, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
Interest in building compliance and energy efficiency.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Valid UK driving license (essential).

Day-to-Day

Travel to client sites across London and the Home Counties.
Set up and conduct air tightness tests to industry standards.
Work collaboratively with site teams.
Analyze test results and prepare reports.
