Job Title:            Production Quality Control

Location:            Corby
Hours:                4 on 4 off (rotating days and nights)
Pay:                    £13 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a Level 1 Quality Control Technician to join a busy factory in Corby. You will check and test products to make sure they meet quality standards and company requirements.

What You'll Do

Carry out regular checks and tests on materials and finished products
Make sure packaging meets quality standards (such as seal strength, print quality, and size)
Use testing equipment like micrometres, callipers, seal testers, and ovens
Record test results and keep accurate quality paperwork
Help investigate any quality issues or customer complaints
Support audits and quality improvement activities
Keep the quality area clean and organised
Report any maintenance problems
Follow Health & Safety and company procedures
Complete training as required
 
What We're Looking For

Previous quality control experience is helpful but not essential
Good attention to detail
Basic maths and computer skills
Good communication and timekeeping
Reliable and able to work alone or as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced factory environment
