Waiter - Ascot - £27,795 - Full Time

POSITION OVERVIEW:
To be responsible for the smooth provision of Food and Beverage services ensuring that a high level of service, guest satisfaction and business is maintained and play an integral role in the service whether this be breakfast, lunch, dinner or private dining.

Responsibilities
 To maintain the pass and mise en place including all operating equipment
 To look after the still area of the kitchen, ensuring all products are kept clean and tidy and in good repair also during the daily service business
 To maintain all equipment in the restaurant, I.e.: cutlery, coffee machines etc.
 Create a memorable experience for all guests by managing and anticipating guest expectations by providing personalised service
 Set up and clearing of Food & Beverage areas and outlets to the standards required
 Be knowledgeable of all the Food and Beverage products sold in the hotel and be able to communicate offerings to our guests
 Responsible for delivery of high quality, consistent and timely Food & Beverage service
 Assist with the running of a private events for a particular service
 Communicate effectively to guests and team members
 Maximise sales through effective use of upselling techniques
 You are required to flex between functions and work in a variety of Food & Beverage outlets including; Events Operations, In Room Dining the Drawing Room and The Barn
 You may on occasions be required to adjust your hours of work to cover the business needs
