Residential Real Estate Paralegal 

Are you an experienced paralegal with a passion for Real Estate work? We're working with a highly regarded law firm who are seeking a proactive and capable Paralegal to join their busy and successful Real Estate team, based in Brighton.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support a senior fee-earner on high-quality, complex matters, gaining valuable hands-on experience and continuing to develop your legal career. The firm offers great opportunities for progression and support with various routes to qualification for successful paralegals.

The role will involve:

Supporting a fee-earner in the running of live files and all aspects of conveyancing transactions

Handling pre- and post-completion tasks

Preparing reports on title, mortgages, and search results (under supervision)

Raising and reviewing enquiries on title and contract packs, searches, and surveys

Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors

Drafting financial statements and invoices

Managing administrative duties and maintaining internal systems

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a conveyancing or Real Estate role within a legal environment

A solid understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines

A team player with strong communication skills and commercial awareness

Relevant legal qualifications are beneficial
