A leading civil engineering and construction contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial functions across major infrastructure and industrial projects. With a strong pipeline of work nationwide, this is a key role within a growing and reputable business.

You will take ownership of cost management, contract administration, procurement strategy, and commercial reporting. Working closely with operational teams, you'll ensure financial control and risk management throughout the project lifecycle-from pre-contract to final account.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects, strong working knowledge of NEC contracts, and a proven ability to manage commercial teams and high-value packages. A relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., RICS) is preferred.
